The following are and idea of what Pancakes and Thunder is looking for to fulfill raid slots, but all are not necessarily required:

- Prior Raid Experience, emphasis on current content.
- On time for all raids with own consumables.
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Have the ability to maintain appropriate video FPS so as to not consistently lag or disconnect on boss fights.  As well as being able to see specific ground spell effects during certain fights.
- Exhibit good communication skills. This includes listening to assignments, proper usage of raid tools/add-ons, ability to get along with others, be respectful of others.
- Keep good and reliable raid attendance

11. Please discuss a situation where a decision you made or actions you took in the past has benefited a raid.  Perhaps this made a fight easier, saved a raid for a wipe, or perhaps something else entirely.
